Qualification : Diploma / B.tech /B.E. in Mechanical

Experience : 3 – 6 Years

Job location : Palwal

Salary : ₹ 5,50,000 – 8,00,000 P.A

Job description :- 

Roles and Responsibilities

• Operate & maintain additive manufacturing machines (EOS AM systems) & tool room machines / equipment.
• Execute loading / unloading of machine raw materials, and other machinery and equipment consumables.
• Data preparation and slicing of metal AM & plastics AM jobs.
• Initiate, monitor, and complete builds on AM machines and materials.
• Remove support materials from additively manufactured parts and execution of heat treatment process when necessary.
• Diagnose, maintain, and / or repair machinery and equipment; expertise in this area is expected to critically aid improving these processes, and maintenance schedules to minimize down-time, and maximize part quality.
• Identify and report off-nominal processes and part-defects, with clear and concise documentation and communication to appropriate engineering personnel.
• Meet and attempt to exceed quality, and schedule expectations through clear communication.
• Track consumables, supplies, and raw materials, and actively maintain ownership of related purchasing activities.
