Position: Fitter Kiln Maintenance
Qualification: ITI Certification in Fitter
Experience: 05 – 10 years.
Age Limit: Under 30 Years
Job Location: Raigarh

Job Description:
- Performing PM activities of Kiln and Cooler equipments.
- Spare preparation for Kiln and Cooler equipments.
- Knowledge of Shell plate bending: Bending of Kiln/Cooler shell.
- Performing jobs at height like Air tubes and Kiln shell replacement.
- Knowledge of fabrication work: Fabrication and erection of structural of Kiln and Cooler.
- Attending breakdown and shutdown activities of the Kiln and Cooler area.
- Conveyor belt replacement and jointing.
- Knowledge of Alignment techniques.
- Knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures.
- Knowledge of Work permits system.
- Erection and alignment of Kiln& Cooler equipments like Tyres, Support rollers and Pinions.
