Job Description:
Key Result Areas:
- Ensuring Maximum Machine Uptime, MTBF and minimum MTTR
- Handling shift breakdowns are resolved in minimum time.
- Ensure Preventive maintenance compliances
- Upkeep of all sensors and transducers
Detailed Job Profile:
- Achieving MTBF, Machine Availability, MTTR (Mean Time to Repair)
- Monitoring spares, energy cost and resource management
- Ensuring PLC HMI and Relay logic related breakdowns compliances.
- Electrical panel building and wiring.
- Ensuring safety policy adherence in department and supporting other department in safety norms – Achieving Zero incident
