Experience : 1 – 4 Years

Salary : ₹ 3,00,000 – 5,00,000 P.A
Job description :-
Roles and Responsibilities
Shift Supervisor – Shop floor
- Maintaining and sustaining Safety Practices in and around the workplace.
- Man-machine allocation / Planning
- Driving team to maintain 6S in the workplace
- Maintaining cell consumables
- Turn backs capturing and analysing
- Monitoring Daily and weekly machine output.
- Cell metrics analysis
- Maintaining and balancing skill matrix
- Variation analysis
- Parts follow up from RM till deposit
- Trouble shooting activities.
