Positions :- Production Executive / Engineer

Job Location :- Greater Noida

Qualification :- Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical

Experience :- 1 – 4 Years

Roles & Responsibilities :-

• Ensures achievement of production targets and guides production team to achieve targets for the respective shift within the given time frame.
• Keep a record of all kinds of inputs receives, the capacity of operation, identifies and remove constraints to make optimistic use of Man, Machines and Materials.
• Directs and controls the day-to-day operations of the production department ensuring that the production plan is adhered to by customer requirement
• Ensuring employees’ discipline and employees grievances are addressed in a timely and proper manner.
• Manages and maintain a work environment conducive to achieving high productivity, utilizing manpower, materials, and machine correctly.
• Directs and controls the improvement of the production process & reduces all types of wastage by proper planning.
