Airports Authority of India was formed on 1st April, 1995 by an Act of Parliament on merger of International Airports Authority of India and National Airports Authority with the objective to have an integrated development, expansion and modernization of 130 airports in India of international standards.

The main function of AAI includes construction, modification and management of passenger terminals, development and management of Cargo terminals, maintenance of Apron infrastructure including runways, taxiways and air navigational services including Air Traffic Management and Communication, Navigational & Surveillance

Technical (Diploma) Apprentices:

• Civil (Diploma) – 10 Posts
• Electrical (Diploma) – 10 Posts
• Electronics (Diploma – 25 Posts
• Computer Science / Information Technology (Diploma) – 10 Posts
• Mechanical/ Automobile (Diploma) – 05 Posts

Trade (ITI) Apprentices: 25 Posts

• ITI Trade (Computer Operator Programming Assistant, Electrical, Mechanic, Electronics)

Qualification: –

Graduate (Degree/ Diploma)  Apprentices:

• Graduate & Diploma: Candidates should possess full time (regular) four years degree or three years (regular) diploma in Engineering in any of the above-mentioned streams, recognized by AICTE, GOI.

 Trade (ITI) Apprentices:

• Candidates should possess ITI/NCVT certificate of the above-mentioned trades from institutes recognized by AICTE, GOI.

Experience: –  Freshers

Age Limit: – Maximum Age is 26 years as on 31.08.2022.

Salary: –

• Graduate (Degree) Apprentices – Rs. 15000/-
• Technical (Diploma) Apprentices – Rs. 12000/-
• Trade (ITI) Apprentices Rs. 9000/-

Job Location: –  RHQ (ER), Patna, Bhubaneswar, Ranchi, Raipur, Gaya, Port Blair, Bagdogra, Jharsuguda, Pakyong, Deoghar, Katihar, cooch Behar

AAI Recruitment Selection Process: –

• Provisional selection of the candidates would be merit-based in the qualifying examination
• The shortlisted candidates will be called for Interview/Document verification through their registered email IDs only.
• The final selection will be based on Interview/verification of certificates and submission of Medical Fitness Certificate at the time of joining.
• The selected candidates will be posted preferably at the given locations in Eastern Region based on their registration location (in portal).
