Job Description :-
Key Responsibilities :
- Assists with monitoring and tracking incidents to ensure resolution occurs within the customer Service Level Agreement
- Performs incident notification and escalation to ensure problems/request/issues are communicated effectively and receiving proper management attention
- Monitoring the infra using various tools and calling out the resolver group
- Working on various Processes IM, PM, CM etc
Technical Experience :
- Technologist constantly upgrades his technical, process to understand and interpret the issue to the Technical team
- Assists with monitoring and tracking incidents to ensure resolution occurs within the customer Service Level Agreement
- Performs incident notification and escalation to ensure problems/request/issues are communicated effectively and receiving proper management attention
