(GCEL), which owns and operates a 1,370 MW (2 X 685 MW) Supercritical power plant at Raikheda village, in Raipur District of Chhattisgarh, Now it registered as “Raipur Energen Limited”.

Position :- Senior Officer / Assistant Manager – Security 

Qualification :-

• Graduate / Post Graduate (Full time from recognized university only)
• Diploma / Certification in Security System will be preferred.

Experience :- 4 to 8 years

Job Location :- Raikheda

Salary :- Rs. 5,00,000 – 8,50,000 P.A.

Job Description :- 

Roles and Responsibilities:

Strategic:

• Be a part of security team provide quality security services by monitoring and responding for safeguarding all assets of the company including its employees, material, customers and associates and supports to create a secured environment 24×7.

Operational: 

• Be a part of security team, supports in to establishing an efficient security circle, surveillance and coordinate routine and emergency security activities to prevent the plant, material, employees, customers and associates.

Financial:

• To minimise financial losses of the company by ensuring secured environment to avoid frauds/theft, labour unrest and sabotage of the plant by judicious employment of security resources.

People Development:

• Provide training to outsource security staff for developing their skill in security, material management, access control, patrolling, and collection of information inside plant area. He should have knowledge of 5S/IMS/Six sigma and align himself to company vision.

Growth:

• To create a positive atmosphere in the department and within the subordinate for a result oriented team.

Safety:

• To ensure the Plant safety rules and any situation which should not leads to unsafe conditions as per the organizational guidelines.

Technology:

• Ensure smooth functioning of Security Automation System, proper handling of alarms and random Video surveillance of REL locations covered and intimate issues of SAS maintenance and coordinate resolution.
