The Ambuja Neotia Group, Late Shri Suresh Neotia and Late Shri Vinod Neotia started their entrepreneurial career in the mid-1950s. Their eldest brother Shri Bimal Kumar Poddar was adopted by their maternal grandfather Shri Janki Prasad Poddar, a partner of the celebrated firm “Tarachand Ghanshyamdas”. This was probably one of the first wholly Indian registered partnership firms during the time of the British occupation of India. It was a trading firm that had offices right from Karachi in Pakistan to Shanghai in China. It began with interests in banking and insurance and later diversified into distribution of petroleum products, as a franchisee of Burma Shell. Subsequent to dissolution of “Tarachand Ghanshyamdas”, the three brothers Late Shri Bimal Kumar Poddar, Late Shri Suresh Neotia and Late Shri Vinod Neotia set up “Radhakrishna Bimal Kumar” in the mid-1950s. As a leading franchisee of Burma Shell in the country, it operated out of several branches spread across UP, Bihar and West Bengal.

Job Description :- 

Compliance Executive:

• Candidates should be a Diploma in Architecture. Fresher or maximum 2 years of experience in Architect originals (preferred), and keeps interest in Sanction department in Real Estate industry. Responsible for checking the drawings and correcting them as per sanctions and approvals of the concerned authority. Checking and correction of drawings, if required. Knowledge of CAD, Municipal and Fire Regulations.

ELV Planning Executive:

• Graduate in Electronics Engineering (pref. Instrumentation) with an experience of 5-8 years in Project Planning, Execution & Management. Having skills in Fire Alarm system, CCTV, ACS, IBMS, PLC, SCADA System Designing.

Projects Interior Executive:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in handling interiors projects like Hotel, Club, Mall, Resort, Hospital, Multiplex, etc. Day-to-day site execution activity of 5-star hotel interior project. Required to individually handle project planning, sequencing of job, proper utilization of materials and manpower, time & cost analysis and its implication on project, billing of the project, etc.

Manager Legal (Real Estate):

• B.A. LLB with a minimum of 7 years of experience in Real Estate industry, having strong knowledge in WBHIRA/ RERA regime, handling customer queries related to legal issues of residential/ retail/ commercial projects. Drafting Sale/ License agreements and will be closely coordinating with Marketing team.
