Many poor farmers faced starvation during off-seasons. Their income from milch buffaloes was undependable. The milk marketing system was controlled by contractors and middlemen.

BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech: 

• Bachelor or Master in Engineering or Technology (Mechanical / Electrical / EC / Civil / IT / Instrument)
• 1 to 2 years in production or maintenance, preferably in Dairy Industry.

Diploma Engineer:

• 3 years Full time Diploma in Engineering (Mech / Electrical/ Instrument / Chemical / IT / EC / Civil)
• 1 – 2 Years relevant experience

Dairy / Food Technologists:

• Bachelor or Master in Dairy or Food Processing Technology
• 2 – 4 years in Dairy or Food industry. Candidate having experience in UHT Operations would be given preference.

Post Graduate:

• Master in Business Admn / Computer Application / Arts / Commerce / Rural Studies
• 1- 2 years relevant experience

Laboratory Technician:

• B.Sc or M.Sc in Chemistry / Microbiology / Biotechnology / Agriculture / Food Science / Bio-chemistry
• 1 – 2 years relevant experience, preferably in Dairy or Food Industry.

Machine Operators / Helpers:

• T.I (Fitter / Turner / Wireman / COPA / Electrical / IM / Electrician / Helper
• 1- 2 years relevant experience, preferably in Dairy or Food Industry.
