ITI Cuttack is one of the premier Institute of the State situated in the eastern part of Odisha and at the entrance of the silver city Cuttack, with a sprawling campus adjoining to N.H-5. This ITI was incepted during 1958-59 with 11 nos of trades having 200 no’s students. Subsequently it was expanded and at present there are 21 trades with 126 units under Craftsman training scheme having student strength of 2569 nos. During 2005 this Institute was upgraded to Centre of Excellence in Production & Manufacturing sector by Govt. of India with a new vision to provide multi skill work force in order to cope up with the Modern Industrial Scenario emerging around the Globe.
