Roles and Responsibilities :-
- Ensure that the paint transfers from the mixer to the filling machine
- Ensure that the nozzles are filling in adequate quantity of paint
- Train technicians on the inputs (price, batch number) on the printer for labeling and MF MAT 18
- Ensure the accuracy of label orientation and printing message
- Ensure that the necessary packing materials are available on packing machiens
- Instruct the fork lift person to place the lids and cartons at appropriate lines
- Troubleshoot any problems which may arise in the packing line
- To ensure all downtime data is updated on EIT software with accurate reasons
- Based on the policy of recording downtime, all notfications to be generated in EAM
- To ensure shift outputs such that all necessary plant parameters (volume compliace, PRSL, OEE etc.) will be achieved.
Note :- Candidates should be below the age of 26Yrs Candidates needs to have minimum 50% in all qualification

Job Description :-
- Responsible for ensuring high availability of critical equipment’s and other process equipment’s uptime by more than 98% by executing the preventive maintenance as per maintenance schedule and explore various options for moving towards predictive maintenance.
- Responsible for carrying out the trouble shooting of control systems, field instruments, and familiar on root cause analysis, FMEA and problem solving techniques to identify the exact problem to propose change in design or logic to permanently solve the problems.
- Responsible for calibration to ensure the instruments are working as per design specification and execute calibration activities as per schedule and upkeep of documents for traceability.
- Should have good control system knowledge & hands on experience in DCS, PLC, field Instruments, Actuated valves, Control valves, Load cell system, Fire alarm system, CCTV, PA & access control system.etc. And also familiar with all types of communication protocols.
- Responsible for spares management and procurement for equipment uptime
- Manager/Sr. Manager in the procurement activity by identification of vendors, obtaining quotations, preparation of technical and commercial comparisons and evaluation.
