Qualification / Experience :-  

Relationship Manager:

• Graduation (in any discipline) and Post Graduate Degree / Diploma with Specialization in Finance (Min 1 Year course).

• Experience: Min. 10 Years in Public / Private / Foreign Banks/ Financial Institutions with strong exposure in Sales/ Relationship Management in Corporate Credit or Min. 5 Years of Work Experience in Public / Private / Foreign Banks/Financial Institutions with strong exposure in Sales/Relationship Management in Corporate Credit.

Credit Analyst:

• Graduation (in any discipline) and Post Graduate Degree with Specialization in Finance or CA / CMA / CS / CFA or Graduation (in any discipline) and CA.

• Experience: Min. 5 Years of Work Experience in Bank with 4 years in Large/ Mid Corporate Credit in Public/ Private / Foreign Banks/ Financial Institutions with exposure in Credit Appraisal/ Processing/ Operations or Preference will be given to candidates having Work Experience in Public / Private / Foreign Banks with exposure in Credit Appraisal/ Processing/ Operations.

Age Limit :-

Relationship Manger:

• SMG/S-IV : Minimum – 35 Years & Maximum – 42 Years
• MMG/S-III Minimum – 28 Years & Maximum – 35 Years

Credit Analyst:

• MMG/S-III : Minimum – 28 Years & Maximum – 35 Years
• MMG/S-II : Minimum – 25 Years & Maximum – 30 Years

Upper age is Relexable by:

• For SC/ST – 5 years
• For OBC – 3 years
• For PWBD – 10 years

Selection Process Bank of Baroda Recruitment :-
