Position :- Maintenance Engineer

 

Qualification :- Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical

 

Experience :- 1 – 3 years

 

Job Location :- Panaji/Panjim

 

Salary :- 2,00,000 – 2,50,000 P.A

 

Job Description :- 

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Day to day maintenance activity in plant & maintaining daily log book for the same.
• Receive breakdown slip from concern department & appoint the technician to attend the problem.
• Maintenance & trouble shooting of Material handling system in PVC and XLPE compounding plant.
• Maintenance & trouble shooting of 300/500/1000 liter mixers.
• Maintenance & trouble shooting of twin screw extruders.
• Maintenance & trouble shooting of single screw extruders.
• Maintenance & trouble shooting of die face palletiser units.
• Maintenance & trouble shooting of debagging system.
• Maintenannce & trouble shooting of Heating cooling units ( Both oil & water medium).
• Maintenance & trouble shooting of RO PLANT, chillers, PHE, EOT CRANES cooling tower and water line etc.
• Maintenance & trouble shooting of compressors and pneumatic line along with pneumatic equipment.
• Maintenance & trouble shooting of various hydraulic equipment.
• Having experience in general workshop equipment and machinery.
• Carrying out & maintaining Preventive maintenance check list.
