Job description :-

Key Accountabilities

• Plan, organize, coordinate and control the tasks and functions of subordinate staff in the shift activities.
• Ensure the production output meets the required standards, specifications, and other established guidelines.
• Supervise and controls accounting of raw materials & pkg material.
• Data tracking for day to day prodn, including changeovers, rejections, downtime details, etc.
• Achieve the unit’s key performance indicators and develops activities aimed at their improvement.
• Maintaining 5S & GMP at mfg & pkg sections.
• Develop internal standards, procedures, instructions and staff training in accordance with the requirements of the company.
• Handle complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
• Handling manpower at the lines to have bets productivity.
• Awareness of basic maintenance of machines including CLTI & PM.
• Continuous improvement knowledge for enhancing efficiencies of machines.
• Focus of achieving all Operations KPIs at plant by maintaining right quality and safety of people & products.
• Close coordination with stores, quality & maintenance team.
• Cost effective working at SF with the team deputed online.
