Faculty:

Post-graduate viz. MSW/ MA in Rural Development/MA in Sociology/Psychology/BSc (Agri.)/BA with B.Ed. etc.Shall have a flair for teaching with Computer knowledge.

Desirable:

Bank Official with working experience as officer and candidate having experience of working as Faculty, Rural Development with qualification stated above, will get preference.
Should be well conversant with local language.
Should be resident of the same State, preferably same or nearby district/residing at the head quarter of RSETI centre.

Attender:

Shall be 8th standard passed
Should be resident of the same State, preferably same or nearby district/residing at the head quarter of RSETI centre.

Age Limit :-

Faculty:

Less than 65 years with sound Health

Attender:

Between 18 years to 35 years as on the last date of the receipt of the application with sound Health

Salary :-

For Faculty:

The contract amount shall be fixed at Rs.20000/-per month with provision of 10% increase annually. No other allowance/benefit/payment/facility will be admissible.

For Attender:

The contract amount shall be fixed at Rs.8000/-per monthwith provision of 10% increase annually. No other allowance/benefit/payment/facility will be admissible.

Selection Process :-

The eligible candidates will be called for personal interview and the decision of the Society/Trust in this regard shall be final.

Selection will be through on-line written test and personal interview. Merely satisfying the eligibility norms does not entitle a candidate to be called for Test or Interview.

The structure of the Examination which will be conducted online is as follows:
