Job description :- 

Roles and Responsibilities

• Create CNC/VMC programme according to manufacturing drawing.
• Setting the jobs, produced and operate the CNC machine.
• Create, examine, modify CNC programme with best cycle time, as per drawing and MOC.
• Take technical lead on specific projects and new development.
• Job should be completed with quality within estimated hrs
• Maintain daily report and monthly reports, route cards and internal inspection report, keep record.
• Performs advanced setup operations, adjusts and checks out programming and operates numerically controlled machine tools to perform a complex series of progressive machining operations.
• Try to complete process in minimum manpower.
• Maintain minimum stocks of tools, inserts.
• Plan the raw materials for both shifts
• Planning/manage manpower, machine utilization.
• Calculate and write programs for CNCs to fabricate component parts to stated engineering specifications.
