Positions :- Service Engineer

Job Location :- Kolkata, Hyderabad/ Secunderabad , Mumbai (All Areas)

Salary :- Rs. 3,00,000 – 4,50,000 P.A

Qualification :-

Diploma or Polytechnic (Electronics / Communications / Instrumentation / Mechanical)

Experience :- 3 to 5 Years

Roles & Responsibilities :-

Thoroughly understand ColorJet products, business processes.
Should have capability to service range of Signage machines of Colorjet
Responsible to achieve assigned service support targets in terms of service quality, service revenue and customer feedback
Attend to service calls as per the business priority assigned
Checking if the machine in under warranty / AMC etc and resolve technical issues of the machines as per the specifications; consult concerned technical expert in case of any technical issues and resolve customer complaints
Suggest in case of replacement of spares / consumables to the customer if necessary and as per the directive from the technical expert
Upon successful resolution, obtain customer feedback as per the process
Be a technical advisor for the customer as and when required
Promote Colorjet packages such as AMCs, Inks in a consultative manner to the customer explaining them the benefits and drive a win-win approach for subscriptions
Promptly submit all consumables / spares that are unutilized and/or replaced items
Promote Colorjet brand thru professional approach and dress attire on a consistent basis
