Job Description :-
Roles and Responsibilities
Diploma engineer (Electrical /Mechanical/ Electronics) with 5-7 years Well conversant with procedures of operation and maintenance of MEP Should have good experience in Preventive Maintenance and Breakdown Maintenance of MEP infrastructure Vendor coordination for PMs Material management and inventory updates at site Good Communication skill, and teamwork Exposure for BMS system Able to guide technicians on various facility-related issues and Exposure to various compliance processes for ISO Compliance and Processes Shall do MIS and reporting Shall need to work in rotational shift (24*7) Monitoring the site / equipment availability / parameters and proactively attend any site issue, and communicate to FM leadTechnically should have dip knowledge from Electrical, HVAC, BMS, Fire system
