Qualification :- ITI or Diploma in Electrical

Experience :-  2- 5 years

Job Location :- Pune

Salary :- 1,75,000 – 2,00,000 P.A.

 Job Description :- 

• Follow the Operational Service Procedures for all assigned tasks.
• Ensure the daily log sheet and check lists are being filled up and verified by Shift Engineer.
• Carryout PM/PPM as per guidelines and follow check lists.
• Follow the safety norms of EHS, Ladder management, Chemical Management, LOTO, Work Permits etc.
• Report any abnormality in the system to Shift or Site Engineer and rectify.
• Co-ordinate with Helpdesk Executives in resolving Technical Services related problems.

 Job Description :- 

• Manage and Direct day-to-day operations of HVAS System to maintain quality and efficiency of the services been providing.
• Work toward optimizing maintenance by instituting best practices processes and programs; corrective maintenance, preventive/reliability maintenance, predictive maintenance, and draft building operational and strategic plans
• Planning and setting up annual energy conservation targets and making best practices to achieve targets to meet EHS and sustainability compliance.
• Associate with EHS department to comply with ISO: 45001 & ISO: 14001 requirements.
• Collaborate with other managers, supervisors and team leads to ensure adherence to proposed objectives and targets to implement Energy & water conservation improvement processes.
• Manage and monitor preventative maintenance program for HVAC with savings plan.
