Position :- Store Officer (Real Estate)
Qualification :- Diploma in Civil, B.Tech/B.E. in Civil
Experience :- 3 – 7 years
Job Location :- Ahmedabad

Job Description :-
- Managing Store and Inventory
- Cross-checking of Inventory report with physical report every month
- Monthly stock statement
- Monthly physical stock verification report. (Physical Actual V/s System)
- Maintain material Inward/Outward registers
- Material to be received from vendor after checking the purchase order
- Material to be issued to the contractor as per the schedule & work order
- Incoming material inspection report
- Monthly material reconciliation
- Taking material requisition from Project Managers/Site Engineers and checking in stock register for availability in store. Make purchase requisitions for exhausted stock.
- Vehicle measurement checking & running statement
- Working on ERP system on day-to-day basis accurately so that correct report can be managed successfully
- Any ad hoc requests as directed by the reporting manager/project head
