• Knowledge of VE/TPM/standards
• Knowledge of MS office
• Knowledge of QC tools / 6 sigma will be preferred.
• Good communication & presentation skills
• Able to handle team of engineers and workmen.

• OEE of the machines / Labour Efficiency of Manual Assembly line.
• Single piece flow / Line set up / Process optimisation /  Layout Optimisation.
• Plant Load Capacity Planning/ capacity utilization
• Improvements in productivity / Cost Saving technique.
• Preparation of WI / SOP’s. / Control Plans / Product Process flow
• New product development & it’s Industrialization.
• Lean Manufacturing tools likely 5’S / Kaizens / Poka – Yoke / Kanban Systems / TPM / JIT Etc.
• Work with CFT.
• Hands-on experience in Auto-Cad / Microsoft office tools.
