Position:  Project Engineer, Technical Officer & Junior Technician

• Project Engineer – 20 Posts
• Technical Officer – 53 Posts
• Junior Technician – 42 Posts

Qualification: 20% of aggregate percentage in B.Tech./ITI

Experience: Freshers/Experience  

Salary:

• Project Engineer on Contract’ post is eligible to a consolidated amount of Rs. 40,000/month for 1st year, Rs. 45,000/month for 2nd year, Rs.50,000/ month for 3rd year & Rs55,000/month for 4th year along with a lump sum amount of Rs. 12,000 ( Rs.3,600 towards Medical Insurance upon submission of proof & remaining balance as one time attire allowances after completion of 6 months).
• For ‘Technical Officer on Contract’ post, a consolidated amount of 25,000/month for 1st year, Rs.28,000/month for 2nd year, Rs. 31,000/month for 3rd & 4th year
• For ‘Junior Technician on Contract (Grade-II)’ post, a consolidated amount of 22,528/month for 1st year, Rs. 24,780/month for 2nd year, Rs.27,258 for 3rd & 4th years
• For ‘Junior Technician on Contract’ post, a consolidated amount of Rs.22,412/month

Age Limit:

• Candidate should be obtained at least 60% in BE/B.Tech for PE(C) & TO(C) posts and should pass two years ITI program for JT-C (II) & JT(C) posts. Upper age limit is 33 yrs. for PE(C) posts, 30 yrs. for TO(C), JT-C (II) & JT(C) posts.
• Cut-off date for calculation of age & post-qualification experience (and wherever applicable) is as on 08/08/2024.

Age Relaxation:

• 3 yrs. for OBC, 5 yrs. for SC/ST; Candidates belonging to PwBD category (with minimum 40% or more disability) will get 10 more yrs. relaxation in addition to the relaxation applicable to the categories mentioned above. Further, the upper age limit is relaxed by 5 yrs. for candidates who had ordinarily been domiciled in the State of Jammu & Kashmir from 01/01/1980 to 31/12/1989

• After successful submission of on-line application, candidates will be shortlisted and called for Document Verification followed by Personal Interview at 1:4 ratios, based on the merit i.e. criteria A & B mentioned in the following table.
