Qualification :- Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering

Experience :- 03 to 05 years of experience, with at least 2 years experience in CNC machine tool industry.

Roles and Responsibilities :-

1. Plan and execute Installation and Commissioning of FANUC Robomachines Viz. Robodrill, Robocut
2. Able to Study sample parts, blueprints, drawings and engineering information & understand fixture working concept.
3. Develop PLC logic for fixture & accessories & standardize across various machines by implementing one common logic modular design concept.
4. Develop accessories for Robodrill Machines as per standard design & implement on machines with BOM
5. Complete accessories testing as per check list before dispatch & maintain inspection reports
6. Conduct 5S, stock , inventory & asset audits regularly & maintain documents
7. Able to interface Robomachine with Robots & have good knowledge about different robot models.
8. Ensure complete project planning, Time Study and promote tooled up solution to customer needs during visit to customer site.
9. Implement PLC Logic as per customers requirements based upon accessories arranged by customer.
10. Representing FANUC and conducting Technical product demonstrations at various marketing venues (Exhibitions, Trade shows, Customer open house, etc.)
11. Integrating low cost automation techniques to accessories by implementing VSM .
12. Need to track all customer complaint & maintain service register & aim to achieve zero breakdown in all supplied accessories.
13. Develop New vendors to supply accessories on time for high volume business transactions.
14. Should have knowledge to develop 4+1 axis on Robodrill machine & able to install 3rd party 4+1 axis rotary tables on RD
15. Should have knowledge to train service engineer to install accessories along with machines.
16. Other duties as assigned.

Profile Expectation :-

1. Diploma / BE/ B. Tech in Mechanical/Mechatronics
2. 03 to 05 years of experience, with at least 2 years experience in CNC machine tool industry.
3. Thorough understanding of PLC Logic and experience of working on CNC machines-VMC, EDM.
4. Demonstrate management skills including: organization, problem-solving, prioritizing, communication, documentation, leadership, motivational and cooperative team management.
5. Technical aptitude ability to research, understand, and communicate concepts associated with a given technology.
6. Able to thrive in an environment characterized by high growth, participation, and change.
7. Maintain poise and focus under time constraint pressures and adverse conditions.
8. Proficient to work on MS applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & Auto CAD/ Solid Works.
