Positions :- Field Service Engineer

Job Location :- Vadodara

Salary :- Rs. 4,00,000 – 5,50,000 P.A

Qualification :- Diploma in Mechanical

Experience :- Must have 2-7 Years of Experience in the role Field Service Engineer for Industrial Tools & Equipment (Hydraulics Product Exposure is must)

Roles & Responsibilities :-

Ensure that all planned Service visits are attended and completed satisfactorily & service reports are submitted in Salesforce within 48 hrs.

Ensure completion of service of the material within 1 week of receipt of spares & inform commercial team on day of completion
Process the warranty claims with OEMs within 2 days
Ensuring Liquidation of unsold inventory
Ensuring timely payment collection of all invoices
Ensure closure of Client Grievances in optimal way based on client confirmations for Cause, Cost & Timelines for resolution activities.

Job Description :-

Prime Responsibilities:

Responsible for Execution of assigned job optimally (Bolting, Torqueing, Tensioning, Cold Cutting, Machining etc).
Ready to travel as per site requirements.
Reporting to Operation Executive/ Site Supervisor effectively about site progress.
Ensuring all Customer grievance/ observations are handled in satisfactory manner within timelines agreed in SLAs.
Responsible for Equipment handling proper maintenance.
Working off-site or with other departments as required by company.
Adhering to Company policies processes.
Ensuring 100% Adherence to Departmental SOPs for all activities within Site Services Department.
Ensuring 100% adherence in all quality checks/ audits conducted by internal/ external agencies.

Desired Profile:

Min 2 years of experience in as Bolting, Torqueing, Tensioning, Cold Cutting, Machining etc
Comfortable Travelling at required location by Company (as position requires extensive Travelling)
