Job Description:

Key Result Areas:

• Ensuring Maximum Machine Uptime, MTBF and minimum MTTR
• Handling shift breakdowns are resolved in minimum time.
• Ensure Preventive maintenance compliances
• Upkeep of all sensors and transducers

Detailed Job Profile:

• Achieving MTBF, Machine Availability, MTTR (Mean Time to Repair)
• Monitoring spares, energy cost and resource management
• Ensuring PLC HMI and Relay logic related breakdowns compliances.
• Electrical panel building and wiring.
• Ensuring safety policy adherence in department and supporting other department in safety norms – Achieving Zero incident
