Position: Inhouse Surveyor

Qualification/ Experience:  

• E. in Mechanical / Automobiles with minimum 1 year experience
• Diploma . in Mechanical / Automobiles with minimum 1 year experience
• ITI with minimum 3-5 yrs experience

Job Location: Karimnagar,Telangana, Madurai,Tamil Nadu, Hyderabad/ Secunderabad, Telangana, Tumkur, Karnataka

 Salary:  Rs. 2-5 Lacs P.A.

Job Description:

• Survey and Loss assessment of damage vehicle.
• Process claims with the prescribed TAT of the company.
• Coordination with Insured, workshops and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure high levels of quality and efficiency.
• Customer centric approach with minimum customer complaints.
• (Mention key responsibilities for the role)

What youll do:

• CPL Score (Targets on different parameters related to claim assessment)
• Work Approval TAT
• Bill to Payment TAT
• Discrepancy reduction
• VOC (Customer complaints)

What you’ll need:

• Candidate should have worked in Motor claims department of any insurance company or
• Should be from a workshop background working in Bodyshop department,
• For TW requirement candidate should be working in TW bodyshop department.
• For Female candidates we can also look for graduates with an experience or background of Motor claims.
• Person should be sincere, with high integrity and ownership level, good interpersonal skills with an eye for detail.
• Candidates with IRDA surveyor license preferred although it is not a prerequisite
