About: Punjab and Haryana High Court is the common High Court for the Indian states of Punjab and Haryana and the Union Territory of Chandigarh based in Chandigarh, India. Sanctioned strength of Judges of this High Court is 85 consisting of 64 Permanent Judges and 21 Additional Judges including Chief Justice. As of 27th July 2022, there are 46 Judges working in the High Court, comprising 40 Permanent and 6 Additional Judges.

Qualification :- 

• The applicant should possess a degree of Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science or equivalent thereto from a recognized university. He/she should have passed matriculation examination with Punjabi as one of the subject and must have proficiency in operation of Computers.

Age Limit :-

• General – 18 to 37 Years
• SC of Punjab – 18 to 42 Years
• BC/OBC of Punjab – 18 to 42 Years
• Ex-servicemen of Punjab – 18 Years
• PHC of Punjab – 18 to 47 Years
• In Service Employees – 18 to 45 Years

Relaxations in upper age limit:

• 5 years for SC/ST & BC
• 10 years for PHC
• Others as per govt rules.

Selection Process High Court of Punjab and Haryana Recruitment :-

The applicant shall have to take online written examination (Computer based Test) in the following subjects: –
