Company which had its origin as Hindustan Aircraft Limited was incorporated on 23 Dec 1940 at Bangalore by Shri Walchand Hirachand, a farsighted visionary, in association with the then Government of Mysore, with the aim of manufacturing aircraft in India. In March 1941, the Government of India became one of the shareholders in the Company and subsequently took over its management in 1942. In collaboration with the Inter Continental Aircraft Company of USA, the Company commenced its business of manufacturing of Harlow Trainer, Curtiss Hawk Fighter and Vultee Bomber Aircraft.

Hindustan Aeronautics Limited a Navratna Central Public Sector Undertaking under the Ministry of Defence, Govt. of India, Bangalore is conducting the selection drive to engage Ex-ITI (CTS passed candidates) to undergo Apprenticeship Training for a period of ONE YEAR under National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS) administered by Regional Directorate of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (RDSDE), Bangalore.

Qualification:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Diploma in Electrical Engineering
• Diploma in Electronics / Electronics & Tele Communication / Electronics & Communication Engineering
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• SSC/SSLC plus NTC/ ITI plus NAC/NCTVT in the Fitter Trade
• SSC/SSLC plus NTC/ ITI plus NAC/NCTVT in the Electronics Mechanic Trade

Trade:

• Civil, Electrical, Electronics / Electronics & Tele Communication / Electronics & Communication, Mechanical, Fitter, Electronics Mechanic

 Salary:

• D6 – Rs. 23000/-
• C5 – Rs. 22000/-

Age limit as on 25-05-2024:

• 28 years for candidates in UR Category
• Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years in respect
• SC/ST and 3 years
• OBC (NCL) candidates. Candidates belonging to OBC category are required to produce recently obtained Non-creamy layer Certificate in proof of their Community (not older than 6 months) stating that they do not come under the creamy layer from the Competent Authority, in the Central Govt. format and candidates belonging to the SC/ST category are also required to produce their community certificate in proof of their community at the time of Document Verification in the prescribed format.
