Positions :- Quality Engineer

Job Location :- Neemrana, Rajasthan

Salary :- Not Disclosed 

Qualification :- Diploma / B.tech in Mechanical 

Experience :- 2-4 YEARS/ 4-6 YEARS

Roles & Responsibilities :-

• Should have good management skills technical skills to find out root cause of defect.
• Should have knowledge of GDT, SPC, MSA, APQP, PPAP, 7 QC TOOLS.
• Should have measurement knowledge must be aware of Contour tracer, Rondcom, VMM, Roughness tester.
• To ensure quality of all Incoming parts (Plastics, Sheet Metal, machining parts, Rubber parts, Die-casting parts).
• Taking corrective preventive actions on complaint for child parts from line.
• Conducts PPAP at supplier site for New part Development.
• Inspection method gauge finalization in house supplier for new products.
• Continuous Improvement activities at supplier site for elimination defects.
• Preparation of Quality standard, Quality specification Inspection Format.
• Preparation of drawing for different process at different supplier.
