The Indian Ordnance Factories In pursuance of the decision of the Union Cabinet on 16th June, 2021, the Government of India has decided to corporatise the functions of the 41 production units (Ordnance Factories) of the Ordnance Factory Board (“OFB”), functioning under the Department of Defence Production, Ministry of Defence (“DDP”). The Government of India has decided to transfer, with effect from 1st October, 2021 (“Appointed Date”), the management, control, operations and maintenance of these 41 production units and identified non-production units to 7 Government companies (wholly owned by the Government of India), namely

Graduates Apprentices: – 40 Posts

• Mechanical Engineering – 16 Posts
• Electrical & Electronics Engineering – 08 Posts
• Civil Engineering – 05 Posts
• CSE/ IT – 06 Posts
• Electronics & Communication Engineering – 05 Posts

Technician Apprentices: – 320 Posts

• Mechanical Engineering – 05 Posts
• Electrical & Electronics Engineering – 04 Posts
• Civil Engineering – 04 Posts
• CSE/ IT – 04 Posts
• Electronics & Communication Engineering – 03 Posts

Qualification: –

• A degree in Engineering or Technology granted by a statutory University.
• A degree in Engineering or Technology is granted by an institute empowered to grant such a degree by an ACT of parliament.
• A diploma in Engineering or Technology granted by A State Council or Board of Technical Education established by a state government is a relevant discipline.
• A diploma in Engineering or Technology granted by a University in relevant discipline

 Experience: –  Freshers

Age Limit: – as per Apprentice Act

Salary: – as per Apprentice Act

Job Location: – Medak
