Position :- Quality Engineer

Qualification :-

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering with relevant experience in sheet metal and fabrication industries.
• Must be NDT Level II qualified.
• Immediate joining would be preferred.

Experience :- 3 – 6 years

Job Location :- Noida( Sector-63 Noida )

Salary :- Rs. 2,00,000 – 3,50,000 P.A.

Job Description :- 

Roles and Responsibilities

• Preparing & implementing standard quality procedures/parameter.
• To carry out proto inspection, pre-dispatch inspection, incoming/in-process material inspection.
• Must have knowledge of layout inspection, GA/Detailed drawing study.
• Must have good knowledge of related documentation.
• Particularly worked in medium sheet metal / fabrication industries.
• Experienced in instruments (e.g.: Height gauge, Vernier caliper, micrometer etc.)
• Visit to customer and supplier end as per requirements.
• To prepare and maintain daily record of production, rejection, machine utilization.
• Review technical documents, specifications, QAP, design drawings etc. to validate design quality.
• Develop and document test standards, test plans, test flow, test procedures, test cases and test results.
