Space Applications Centre (SAC) is one of the major centres of the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO). SAC focuses on the design of space-borne instruments for ISRO missions and development and operationalisation of applications of space technology for societal benefits.

The applications cover communication, broadcasting, navigation, disaster monitoring, meteorology, oceanography, environment monitoring and natural resources survey.

• TECHNICIAN ‘B’ – (Fitter): Matric (SSC / SSLC / 10th Std. Pass) + ITI/NTC/NAC in FITTER trade
• TECHNICIAN ‘B’ (Machinist) – Matric (SSC / SSLC / 10th Std. Pass) + ITI/NTC/NAC in MACHINIST trade
• TECHNICIAN ‘B’ (Electronics) – Matric (SSC / SSLC / 10th Std. Pass) + ITI/NTC/NAC in ELECTRONICS MECHANIC trade
• TECHNICIAN ‘B’ (Information Technology): Matric (SSC / SSLC / 10th Std. Pass) + ITI/NTC/NAC in INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY trade
• TECHNICIAN ‘B’ (ICTSM/ITESM) – Matric (SSC / SSLC / 10th Std. Pass) + ITI/NTC/NAC in Information & Communication Technology System Maintenance/Information Technology & Electronic System Maintenance trade

Selection Process ISRO – SAC Recruitment 2023:

• The Selection process for Technician ‘B’ & Draughtsman ‘B’ consists of (1) Written test and (2) Skill test

Application Fee:

• Initially all candidates have to uniformly pay Rs.500/- as application fee (excluding applicable taxes/ charges). Candidates belonging to fee-exempted categories will be refunded full fee. Other candidates will be refunded Rs.400/- after retaining the application fee of Rs100/-.
