Qualification :- Diploma, BE, BTech Engineer
Experience :- 0 – 4 years
Job Location :- Hissar/Hisar
Salary :- Rs. 3,00,000 – 4,00,000 P.A.
Job Description :-
Key Roles and Responsibility:
- Process Control & daily deviation report monitoring & correction in PS
- Please indicate the key activities done to execute the responsibility and deliver the required output
- Existing and new Product/grade/customer development in PS
- “Analyzing all critical parameters of NBA & PTF line against designed SOP and suggest suitable disposal plan.
- Timely Review & amend the SOP’s after improvement trials or customer development”
- Define and review the CTQ’s, Trials monitoring & trial report with a scope of improvement to be submitted within the specified time period.
- New PS Sample submission,its status & feedback monitoring
- Mapping of Sample technical requirement in TDC format with the Marketing team to avoid any discrepancies.
- Quality/Production improvement projects/plans within SPD
- Feasibility & process capabilities study
- “A.Process route mapping & analysis of all critical parameters of Mills,AP4 & NBA etc.
- B.Gauge graph study of SPD mills.
- C.Thickness Mapping & sampling from different locations to identify the variation in mechanical properties.”
