Qualification :- Diploma, BE, BTech Engineer

Experience :- 0 – 4 years

Job Location :- Hissar/Hisar

Salary :- Rs. 3,00,000 – 4,00,000 P.A.

Job Description :- 

 Key Roles and Responsibility:

• Process Control & daily deviation report monitoring & correction in PS
• Please indicate the key activities done to execute the responsibility and deliver the required output
• Existing and new Product/grade/customer development in PS
• “Analyzing all critical parameters of NBA & PTF line against designed SOP and suggest suitable disposal plan.
• Timely Review & amend the SOP’s after improvement trials or customer development”
• Define and review the CTQ’s, Trials monitoring & trial report with a scope of improvement to be submitted within the specified time period.
• New PS Sample submission,its status & feedback monitoring
• Mapping of Sample technical requirement in TDC format with the Marketing team to avoid any discrepancies.
• Quality/Production improvement projects/plans within SPD
• Feasibility & process capabilities study
• “A.Process route mapping & analysis of all critical parameters of Mills,AP4 & NBA etc.
• B.Gauge graph study of SPD mills.
• C.Thickness Mapping & sampling from different locations to identify the variation in mechanical properties.”
