Position: – Digital Repair Specialist

Qualification: – 10+2 / ITI / Diploma, B.Tech, Certification in Device Care (Preferred)

Experience: –  0 – 4 years

• Job Location: –Hanumangarh, Jhunjhunun, Sikar, Suratgarh, Churu, Sujangarh, Sardarshahar, Bikaner, rajasthan

Job Description: –

Roles and Responsibilities

• Interact with customers on handset related issues
• Troubleshoot handset defects
• Handle handset related queries
• Record job entry in Customer Relationship Management portal
• Upgrade software of handsets
• Assemble / dismantle smartphones (unibody/duobody)
• Repair handsets by changing screen, speaker, mic, camera etc
• Repair handsets by PCB swap, charging connecter replacement etc
• Deposit of cash collected through service
• Verify handsets for exchange

• Handset repair skills
• Knowledge of spares operations
• Knowledge of CRM Systems
