Job Description :- 

Operation and maintenance of Instruments. He will super wise all jobs such as Control valve maintenance, Calibration of Flow, Level, Pressure Transmitter. Knowledge of RTD & Thermocouples, Knowledge of analyzers, Earthing system checking and correction, Cable laying, Cable termination, Transmitter opening & re-fixing, Height jobs, Hot jobs, Cable tray Laying, Cable support fixing. GHK of surrounding.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for the Instrumentation operation and maintenance activities in the plant.
• Manpower planning and handling.
• Timely completion of Jobs.
• All kinds of documentation.
• Ensure safety of person executing the Jobs.
• Responsible for ensuring safety in all aspects.
• Suggestion for improvement in safety of system.
• Aware of safety standards, Awareness of safety equipments, awareness of safety practices.
• Responsible for driving management programs such as TPM and 5 S.
• Awareness of Hazardous classification and equipment’s used therein.
• Responsible for accepting the permit after checking the feasibility of work.
• Coordinate with vendor, contractor, process, safety and other service department.
• Responsible for safe working inside the plant as well as at contractor yard.
• Responsible for all kinds of troubleshooting as required for smooth running of plants.
• To ensure 100 % safety in the plant by his strict supervision.
