Position :- Billing Engineer

Job Location :- PAN India

Salary :- Not Disclosed by Recruiter

Qualification :- Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Experience :- 3 to 6 Years

Roles and Responsibilities :-

1. Client Billing

Inputs from store and reconciliation with SAP data and DPR
Checklist for client Billing for each item
Monthly Billing Preparation of bills in advance i.e. by 25th
Preparation and Submission of client bill and following for early approval
Preparation and Submission of Price Variation Bills
Follow up with Client for release the payments
NS item update, preparation of proposal submission to client, follow-up and approval.
Preparation and Submission of Claims
Reconciliation of client bill with Daily progress report.

2. Vendor Billing

Preparation of vendor bills.
Material Reconciliation
Vendor Billing Checklist
Implementation of Vendor Billing SOP
Quantities updating of Vendors as per the progress
Submission of Quantity Variation to Clients
Finalization of quantity scope of the project
Preparation of Rate Analysis of all Major Items
Providing advice and forecast about project cost / Project cost control
