Position :- Sr. Officer – New Product Development

Job Location :- Pune

Qualification :- Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Experience :- 3 to 5 Years

Roles and Responsibilities :-

• Keeping track of toolings, samples during manufacturing.
• Recording Things Gone Wrong During Development, Ontime Issue Escalation
• Keeping records of part Development Data , Tool Trial Results.
• Balooning, Technical Feasibility Preparation.
• Ensure only Latest Control plans on Shop Floor & Keeping record.
• Co- ordination at Shop floor during development.
• APQP Document preparation .
• Raising Purchase Requisitions & Keeping Records Untill PO release .
• Keeping records of Tooling nos & SAP Codes.
• Prepare Enquiery Drawings, Data Sheets
• Support DM pillar data preparation

Secondary Responsibilities :-

Technical Support :

• Part quality verification fro Outsuorce processes.
• Control plan preparation
• Support for outsourced process material movement.
• Issuing Cutting Tools, Fixtures & gauges on Shop Floor.

Standardisation & Digitisation :

• Engg Document Standardisation.
• Explore Digitisation for Engg. Activities

Desired Skills :-

• Auto CAD
• Basic Knoweledge of Mfg . Processes
• Basic Knowledge of TPM
