Positions :- Warranty Executive

Job Location :- Baramati

Salary :- Not disclosed 

Qualification :- Diploma in mechanical 

Experience :- 2 to 5 Years

Roles & Responsibilities :-

• 1. Assisting superior for processing of warranty claims accurately and timely
• 2. Checking of claims in system related to AMC/Warranty/ Service Measure
• 3. Entering claims data DMS System accurately and within stipulated timeframe of 10 days
• 4. Helping in failed part dispatch to DICV within specified time of 15 days
• 5. Verifying low cost/ small part/known failure warranty claims and forwarding to superior for approval
• 6. Sending Repeated failure report to Warranty In-Charge
• 7. Checking of Job cards to get an overview of workshop for warranty concerns
• 8. Visiting OEM Vendors on adhoc basis for better service delivery
• 9. Maintaining and observing data of customer whose warranty ends in next 2 months
• 10. Helping to ensure warranty checklist – Technical goodwill/Commercial Goodwill/ Service Measure/Transmission/Differential
