Position :-  Laser Machine Operator

Qualification :- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from renowned institute / ITI

Experience :- 2 – 3 years

Job Location :- Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar

Salary :- 1,50,000 – 2,00,000 P.A.

 Job Description :- 

• Perform typical laser cutting operations.
• Make machine & tooling selections to manufacture parts in the most cost-effective manner.
• Establish proper stop location, adjust laser beam focal point.
• Make proper set-ups for cutting operations.
• Perform prescribed maintenance, as required.
• Perform all dimensional inspections.
• Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to supervisor.
• May perform a variety of other tasks as per requirement of Operation function.
• Utilizes Work Orders, blueprints, sketches, written and verbal instructions to determine job requirements.
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections to verify compliance with specifications.
• Work with units engineers.
• Reverse engineer parts for manufacturing.
• Willingness to actively participate in all aspects of production when and where needed
