Position :-  Asst. Site Engineer / Site Engineer – Quantity Surveyor

Qualification :- Diploma in Civil, B.Tech/B.E. in Civil

Experience :- 4 – 7 years

Job Location :- Mumbai

Salary :- 3,00,000 – 6,00,000 P.A.

Job Description :- 

• Preparation of BOQ, Cost Estimates, Rate Analysis for Civil Works
• Checking and verification of contractor’s running bill for civil discipline
• Preparation of Cost reports, variation statement, and Change control forms etc.
• Preparation of market rate justification for extra items
• Collecting cost data from various sub-contractor and vendors, preparing market rate justification, assessing scope of work.
