- DIPLOMA – Mechanical / Automobile / Electrical

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Carrying out HEMM erection & commission at site.
- Carrying our daily inspection of equipment and resolve problems.
- Carrying out daily maintenance, scheduled maintenance, breakdown maintenance for Komatsu equipment at FMC & AMC Mines.
- Attend customer equipment breakdown calls and restore breakdown equipment.
- Planning of spares for equipment maintenance & plan breakdown preventive spares.
- Plan and execute equipment HEX bucket repairs, Dump Truck dump body repairs, Equipment GET replacement.
- Carryout equipment health analysis periodically.
- Plan lubricant requirement, filling up at scheduled intervals & top-up as required. Communicate lubricant requirement with customer accordingly.
- Prepare daily maintenance reports, maintain equipment Log Book.
- Attend daily meeting with customer, understand complains & issues, and resolve.
- Understand and observe Safety rules and regulations at site.
- Maintain team spirit and harmony within project team.
- Observe and maintain utmost Safety at site.
