Position :- MEP Supervisor – Electrical
Qualification :- Diploma in Mechanical
Experience :- 4 – 9 years

Job Description :-
- Assisting in conducting site activities and at times being able to lead the activities.
- Providing input to others in regards to programming the works and scheduling of resources.
- Assisting in coordinating of all disciplines involved in the project.
- Having a good knowledge of safety, method statements and risk assessment and ensuring the works are carried out as per the approved method statements and risk assessments.
- Ensuring safety is a priority and providing a safe work environment for all staff and resources on site.
- Having a good understanding of what good quality is and be able to report if the quality is not up to the specification and standards.
- Being able to produce reports for quality and progress.
- Being able to understand a schedule and monitoring the contractor s performance against the schedule.
- Handling tower activities including internal external services of flats.
About you
- You have a degree qualification or diploma in electrical engineering and complete knowledge of MEP works.
- You have experience in large scale high-rise (50+ stories project) construction projects.
- You have a broad knowledge of construction techniques with high technical expertise.
- You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and provide support to strong, motivated teams.
- You have knowledge of project management methodologies, techniques and concepts.
- You have involvement in managing the civil finishes the consultancy side in high-rise projects and be keen to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to offer.
