Qualification :- Diploma in Electrical

Experience :- 3 – 7 years

Job Location :- New Delhi

Salary :- 3,00,000 – 4,50,000 P.A.

Job Description :- 

• To ensure minimum downtime for all utilities.
• To liaison with regulatory authorities for all utility services.
• To ensure compliance to life and fire safety regulations.
• To ensure adequate spares inventory maintained in the stores.
• To Provide training and guidance to service user areas and vendor staff.
• Timely installation, commissioning and taking over of Building Utilities equipments at hospital project.
• Cost of maintenance within 4% of capital cost (or as agreed) on an annual basis.
• Maintenance of equipments with minimum down time 98% up time (or as agreed).
