Qualification :- BE, B Tech, Technical Diploma

Experience :- 4 – 9 years

• Delhi, Chandigarh, UP , Rajasthan, Uttrakhand, Gujrat, Madhya Pradesh, Chattisgarh,Maharasthra , Goa, Kerala , Tamilnadu , Puducherry, Karnataka , AP , Telangana, Bihar , Jharkhand, West Bengal , Sikkim , Orissa, NESA (Arunachal , Assam , Manipur , Meghalaya , Mizoram , Nagaland , Tripura).

Salary :- Rs. 5,00,000 – 7,00,000 P.A.

 Job Description :-

• Appointment, Enrolment, and Training of ASC on policies and processes.
• Maintain MSL
• Service delivery as per defined target of SLA
• Ensure trade satisfaction and Maintain C-sat and increase NPS
• Trade / CFA defective stocks are rectified immediately as per the defined process.
• 100% audit of the work order and in warranty spares consumption and authorization.
• Ensure timely checking and dispatch of claims to HO.
• Coordination and reporting to Regional Service Manager.

  The desired candidate must have:

• Similar experience preferably in appliances industry 4-6 years.
• Must have good knowledge &communications skills in local Language
• Must be skilled on MS Excel and Outlook.
• Must have complete understanding of assigned geography service network.
