NIIRNCD Recruitment :

National Institute for Implementation Research on Non-Communicable Diseases (NIIRNCD), Jodhpur, is a research Institute under the aegis of Indian Council of Medical Research, Department of Health Research, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Govt. of India. The Institute, located in Jodhpur, came into existence on the 7 th of December 2019, replacing the erstwhile Desert Medicine Research Center.

With state of the art facilities to conduct basic laboratory based research in its microbiology, biochemistry and vector biology laboratories, in addition to a full-fledged epidemiology wing, the institute is in the phase of acquiring human resources and facilities for strengthening its capacity to fulfill its mandate to conduct implementation research on non-communicable diseases (NCDs) in India.

• Research Assistant : 1 post
• Laboratory Assistant : 2 posts
• Field Worker : 10 posts

Qualification / Experience :-  

Research Assistant:

• Graduate in Science/relevant subjects from a recognized university with three years work experience from a recognized institution or Master’s degree in the relevant subject

Laboratory Assistant:

• High School or equivalent with 5 years experience in related field from a government institution or recognized institute or certificate of one year training in the related area like certificate of ANM or DMLT

Field Worker:

• 12th pass in science subjects and two years diploma in Medical Laboratory Technician or one year DMLT plus one year required experience in a recognized organization or two years field/ laboratory experience

Data Entry Operator:

• Intermediate or 12th pass in science stream from recognized board with DOEACC ‘A’ level from a recognized institute and/ or 2 years’

  experience in EDP work in Government, Autonomous, PSU or any other recognized organization. AND

• A speed test of not less than 8000 key depressions per hour through speed test on computer

Multi Tasking Staff:

• High School or equivalent

Age Limit :-

• Research Assistant : 30 years
• Laboratory Assistant : 28 years
• Field Worker : 30 years
• Data Entry Operator : 28 years
• Multi Tasking Staff : 25 years

Salary :-

• Research Assistant : Rs.31,000/ month
• Laboratory Assistant : Rs. 17000/ month
• Field Worker : Rs.18,000/ month
• Data Entry Operator : Rs.18,000/ month
• Multi Tasking Staff : Rs.15800/ mont

Job Location :-  Jodhpur

Selection Process :-

• The selection process for the above mentioned posts will be based on written test/ personal discussion/ interview
• The Eligibility of the candidates shall be checked at the venue and only eligible candidates shall be allowed to appear for the written

  test/interview.

• In case of more than 30 candidates, a written test comprising of 20 number of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) with 20 marks, shall be taken.
• The Qualifying Marks for the written test shall be as under :-

  For SC/ST : 35%

  For UR/OBC/EWS : 40%

• The candidates scoring qualifying marks or more shall be interviewed as follows :
