Position : Maintenance Engineer

Qualification : Diploma / B.tech / B.E. in Mechanical

Job location : Pune(Shirwal, Baramati, Phaltan, Palshi, Nira)

Job description :-

Job responsibilities:

Preventive maintenance of manufacturing machine as per plan.
To attain breakdowns within targeted time.
Maintain minimum stock of critical spares to have minimum stoppage of machines due to non availability of spares.
Development of high value, critical spares locally to reduce maintenance cost against budget.
Get it done calibration activity as per schedule by third agency & maintain record.
Development of highly skilled vendors/contractors to workout departmental activities as per required.
Development of skills/arranging of technical training for subordinates and team member.
Responsible for manufacturing machines/equipment should always be available in good condition to have control on MTBS and MTTR.
PLC Machine knowledge is mandatory
