The Punjab Agricultural University (PAU) is a public funded agricultural university located in Ludhiana district of Punjab It is a state agricultural university in India  It was established in 1962 and is the nation’s third-oldest agricultural university, after Govind Ballabh Pant University of Agriculture & Technology, Pantnagar and Orissa University of Agriculture and Technology, Bhubaneshwar. It was formally inaugurated by the then Prime Minister of India, Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, on July 8, 1963.

Position: – Electrical Assistant

Qualification/Experience: –

• Matric with 3 years Diploma from recognized Institution in Electrical Engineering with 3 years experience. OR Matric with 2 years ITI/Certificate/Diploma from recognized institution in the trade of Electrician/Wireman with 4 years relevant experience.

OR

• Matric with 6 years relevant experience under the supervision of Junior Engineer (Electrical).
• Minimum 3 years experience in the field of Maintenance of High-Tension line (Minimum 11 KV) and Electrical Maintenance of Buildings.
• Must have passed Punjabi upto Matric level.
• Note: Middle pass candidates with 12 years experience can also be considered for appointment to the post, if the person(s) with prescribed qualifications does not apply.

Age Limit: – 18 to 58 years.

Salary: – Rs. 11,585/- per month

Job Location: – Ludhiana
