Salary :- 2,00,000 – 2,25,000 P.A.

 Job Description :- 

• The role is evidently focused towards resolving HR related queries
• Handling inbound calls from employees and writing E-mails
• Outbound calls for follow-ups with employees
• Handling complaints and providing appropriate solutions and alternatives in a timely fashion
• Understand and manage personal performance (includes Productivity, Quality, On time login, SLA for Complaints) on daily basis
• Working on End-to-End Employee Life Cycle Process Management
